In August 2002, a 34 month old baby had swallowed a gashapon container 40mm in diameter causing permanent physical disabilities due to brain damage caused from the lack of oxygen. So the parents went after the maker Bandai Namco for compensation.

The Kagoshima District Court has ruled on the 20th that Bandai Namco will have to pay 26,260,000 yen (US$260,000) in compensation as the gashapon container was found to be unsafe for children.

Bandai Namco had argued that the safety guidelines by the Japan Toy Association were that toys for children under 3 had to be larger than 31.8mm, but the judge ruled that the size requirements in the guidelines were not adequate in preventing accidents.

Thought I'd share this with everyone.

I'm getting a 32" Samsung LCD TV all for myself! Muahahaha. And its absolutely free! Okay, not exactly. It came with the 46" Samsung LCD TV my dad got over the weekend. But hey, I didn't pay a cent! Yipee! Hopefully I'll be able to hook it up to my PC via a VGA cable. =/

I was bored so I spent my afternoon drawing Haruhi and gang. My colouring sucks so I decided to leave it like that. I don't want to spoil the picture. XD

PS:Today's chinese paper sucked.

I found this on another forum and i'm throughly angry at China...
China is using a Haruhi Image rip just to Promote the Beijing Olympics....

They Ripped the Image of Haruhi, and at the same time made the image look like crap!!!


All they did was change the Undershirt design and the clothing coloring from teal to blue...
And I'm not sure, but that boy has a familiar feeling with the way he looks also....

They made Haruhi, look like crap!

IT IS UNACCEPTABLE to deface the anime goddess likeness in such ways!!
